Position: Transport Operations Coordinator
Location: Cork City, Ireland
Salary: €35,000 annually (€16.83 per hour), with overtime at €25.25 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
• Daily Transport Operations Management: Coordinate schedules and ensure timely,
efficient passenger transport services.
• Regulatory Compliance: Oversee compliance with Irish and EU transport regulations
to maintain safety and legal standards.
• Technical & Analytical Support: Utilize advanced tools like Microsoft Office Suite,
Power BI, and data analytics platforms to streamline operations.
• Client & Team Coordination: Serve as a liaison with airlines, tour operators, drivers,
and internal staff to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
• Process Optimization: Develop workflows to maximize efficiency and minimize
operational delays.
• Training & Development: Conduct training on processes, safety protocols, and teambuilding to improve operational standards.
• Multilingual Support: Communicate effectively with international clients and
stakeholders in English and Portuguese, with additional conversational abilities
in Spanish.
• Military-Inspired Leadership: Leverage experience in military roles, such as
leadership or logistics, to maintain disciplined, efficient operations.
Qualifications Required:
• Relevant experience in transport coordination, logistics, or operations management.
• Multilingual proficiency (English required; Portuguese and/or Spanish advantageous).
• Background in the military or other leadership-intensive environments is a strong plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Systems Analysis, Operations, or Logistics).
• Strong technical skills, including expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and
data analysis tools.
Employment Details:
• Contract Type: Permanent full-time position (40 hours/week).
• Start Date: 19/05/2025
• Probation Period: 6 months.
Benefits:
o 20 days of paid annual leave, plus public holidays.

Coach Drivers
Cronin’s Coaches are seeking professional and experienced Coach Drivers to join the team to cater for the upcoming 2024 season. The ideal candidate should possess previous driving experience, excellent driving skills, a strong commitment to safety, outstanding customer service abilities, and a passion for providing a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience for our North American passengers.
Responsibilities:
• Safely operate and drive coaches to transport passengers to their destinations according to schedule.
• Ensure the safety of passengers, following all transport laws, regulations, and company policies
.• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure its safety and report any issues or concerns.
• Assist passengers with boarding, disembarking, and loading/unloading luggage as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain a clean and presentable coach interior/exterior, ensuring passenger comfort throughout the journey.
